From Airport/Harmon/Dededo:  Head south on Route 16, pass Guam Revenue & Taxation. Bo-ing Mart Bldg (green tiled 3-story bldg) located on the left side of Army Drive (directly across the EM Chen Bldg).

From Barrigada:  Head north on Route 16, pass Commercial Tire depot and S. Sabana Drive. 988 Building located on the right side of Army Drive.
